  • Manage invoice or collection disputes and escalation and drive resolution.
  • Develop and establish regular review cadence with leadership and stakeholders providing visibility into key Collections and Dispute Management metrics and trends
  • Lead the next phase of collections & dispute process transformation (i.e. collections automation leveraging Workday/ High Radius, design and rollout of a formal collections hold process, successful roll-out of a refund policy / process)
  • Partner with the Revenue Accounting, Sales, Treasury Operations, Other business leads and 3rd party solution providers to design efficient and scalable workflows for both collections & dispute management.
  • Perform detailed tracking and analysis of cash collection and collaborate with internal accounting teams to ensure proper treatment under US GAAP.
  • Support monthly accounting close activities as needed.
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to eliminate, simplify, automate, manual workflows.
  • Open to flexible working hours/ non-PH time shifts to effectively support the global nature of the collections & dispute processes and regularly engage UCAN, LATAM and EMEA customers and stakeholders.

Qualities we’re looking for:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of transactions, tight deadlines, critical business requests, multiple focus areas concurrently, and high ambiguity
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Accounts Receivable and Collections workflows with demonstrated experience leading process and solutions transformation
  • Proven operations manager & people manager experience
    • Operations - setting clear goals, defining and enabling the right KPIs, creating seamless data flows for monitoring, managing operations peaks & valleys
    • People - building and developing a high performing team, managing individual and team performance, motivating the team, coaching and career development planning
  • A great communicator & collaborator who can cultivate strong cross-functional and stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
  • A forward-looking thinker who can articulate the need for and contribute to process improvement ideation and can execute on those ideas
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/ Google sheets and ERP systems navigating high volume of data (Workday and High Radius experience a plus)
  • Tech-forward with a vision for how to best utilize AI across areas of coverage.
  • Uses good judgment and knows when to make a decision and when to escalate
