Arabic-Speaking Senior Sales Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to help Arabic-speaking families discover the best educational opportunities for their children. In this role, you will guide parents through their decision-making process, present Online Kids Academy's programs, and manage the sales journey from initial consultation to enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online consultations with Arabic-speaking parents

• Understand families' educational goals and recommend suitable learning programs

• Present Online Kids Academy's English and German learning solutions

• Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to enrollment

• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers

• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups through the CRM system

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

• Provide regular sales reports and updates

Qualifications

• Native-level Arabic language skills

• Professional working proficiency in English (required)

• Turkish language skills are a strong advantage

• Previous experience in sales, customer success, education, or a related field

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build trust and effectively communicate with parents

• Comfortable conducting online meetings and presentations

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

• Experience using CRM systems and digital communication tools
