Role Description The Arabic Tutor (GCSE and A Levels) will deliver high-quality online lessons to secondary school learners preparing for GCSE and A Level Arabic examinations. In this full-time remote role, the tutor will plan and structure engaging lessons, adapt teaching methods to individual learner needs, and provide regular feedback on progress and exam readiness. Responsibilities include preparing lesson materials aligned with UK exam board specifications, setting homework and practice tasks, marking work, and supporting learners with grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. The tutor will also track student performance, update progress records, communicate professionally with learners and families, and collaborate with Eximus Education’s team to ensure consistent, impactful tutoring experiences.
Qualifications

• Strong subject expertise in Arabic language and literature at GCSE and A Level, including grammar, vocabulary, and exam techniques.
• Proven teaching or tutoring experience with UK curriculum students, ideally with a track record of improving exam outcomes.
• Ability to design structured lesson plans, assessments, and practice materials tailored to different learning styles and abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills in a virtual learning environment.
• Comfort using online teaching platforms, digital resources, and basic educational technology tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic, Languages, Education, or a related field; relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE, QTS) are an advantage.
• High level of spoken and written proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic and English.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working setup for delivering live online lessons.
