We're looking for a creative, internet-savvy individual who understands Gen Z culture, social media trends, memes, and short-form video content.

If you're the person who always comes up with funny Reel ideas, understands trending memes before everyone else, and knows how to turn everyday situations into engaging content, this opportunity is for you.

We're an early-stage startup incubated at LUMS, looking for someone who wants to experiment with creative ideas, explore internet culture, and build engaging social media content.

What You'll Do

• Create relatable, humorous, and engaging content for Instagram Reels and other social media platforms.
• Develop original meme concepts based on everyday experiences, youth culture, and trending topics.
• Research trending sounds, formats, memes, and viral content.
• Brainstorm creative ideas, write short video scripts, and develop engaging hooks and captions.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos using a smartphone and tools such as CapCut or VN.
• Experiment with different content styles, storytelling techniques, and creative formats.
• Track content performance and use audience engagement to improve future content.

What We're Looking For

• A strong understanding of Gen Z culture, internet humor, and social media trends.
• Creative thinking and the ability to turn simple ideas into entertaining content.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels and other short-form video formats.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, VN, or similar tools.
• Good writing skills for hooks, captions, and short scripts.
• Willingness to experiment, learn, and take creative feedback.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Bonus points if you:

• Have created memes, Reels, or videos for your personal account or university society.
• Understand Pakistani Gen Z culture, Roman Urdu humor, and local internet trends.
• Are comfortable appearing on camera or helping with video shoots.
• Have a portfolio of creative work, even if you don't have a large following.
