Job Description
This is a remote position.
• ₱70,000 – ₱80,000 per month
• 100% work from home, anywhere in the Philippines
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT
• Full-time, permanent Philippine employment with Offshore 24/7
• Complete work-from-home equipment provided
About the role
You’ll produce For Construction documentation in Revit for high-end multi-residential developments across South East Queensland — apartment projects for a design-led Brisbane studio known for refined, timeless work. You’ll model and document alongside Australian Project Architects and Registered Architects, across all project phases, with most of your time spent on the drawings a builder actually builds from.
It’s a role for someone who already documents confidently in Revit and would rather spend their time on well-detailed, design-led projects than on work they can draw in their sleep.
Why this role is worth having
You’ll work directly to Australian documentation standards and the National Construction Code, on premium multi-residential projects you can point to for the rest of your career. The studio provides ongoing mentoring and technical development, and you’ll be close enough to the Australian team to understand why decisions get made, not just what to draw. Offshore 24/7 adds its own training and development programme on top of that.
What you’ll be doing
• Producing Revit models and architectural documentation across all project phases, with a focus on For Construction documentation for multi-residential projects
• Preparing plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules and legends, including interior documentation
• Creating and modifying parametric Revit families
• Reading, interpreting and coordinating consultant documentation across structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil and fire services — spotting coordination issues early and proposing solutions rather than waiting to be told
• Escalating unresolved technical issues to the Australian Project Architect
• Running several projects and deadlines at once, communicating clearly with the Australian team throughout
Requirements
• At least 3 years’ experience working on Australian architectural projects — 5 or more years preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Experience creating and modifying parametric Revit families
• Strong BIM workflow and model coordination experience
• Confidence producing plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules and legends to construction standard
• Ability to read and coordinate consultant documentation across structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil and fire services
• Working knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC)
• A degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or Architectural Drafting — or equivalent hands-on experience in Australian architectural documentation
• Strong written and spoken English, and availability 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT
Nice to have
• Experience using AutoCAD
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu, or Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360 / Forma)
• Documentation experience across multi-residential, commercial, industrial or mixed-use projects
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and local authority requirements for Brisbane and the Gold Coast
Benefits
You’d be employed by Offshore 24/7, an Australian-owned company operating since 2008 that has placed more than 500 Filipino professionals into long-term roles with Australian businesses. Our people rate us 4.9 out of 5 on Glassdoor and 5.0 on Google — worth a look before you apply anywhere. You get a local Philippine employment contract, real job security, and ongoing training and coaching from us alongside the technical development you’ll get from the studio itself.
Benefits
• ₱70,000 – ₱80,000 per month
• 100% work from home
• Full-time, permanent Philippine employment with Offshore 24/7, supporting an established Australian business
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT
• Complete WFH equipment provided — company laptop and all equipment required for your role
• HMO coverage from Day 1
• 20 days paid leave per year — 15 annual leave + 5 sick leave, accruing from Day 1
• 13th month pay
• Government-mandated benefits
• Annual rate and performance review
• Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development
• Regular staff events and team activities
If you document Australian projects in Revit, can build a parametric family from scratch, and can hold your own coordinating against six consultant disciplines — we’d like to see your work.
