As we continue to expand across global markets, we are looking for an Area Sales Representative based in Mexico to develop our agricultural business and strengthen our presence in the local market.

What You'll Do

• Drive business growth by managing the sales process and developing new opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Build and support a strong dealer network while developing long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Identify market opportunities, provide sales forecasts, and share customer and market insights with internal teams.
• Deliver product demonstrations and basic training while gathering customer feedback to support continuous product improvement.
• Represent FJDynamics at customer visits, field demonstrations, and industry events.

Who We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of sales experience in precision agriculture, agricultural machinery, or a related industry.
• Experience working with dealer networks or agricultural distributors is highly preferred.
• Fluent Spanish and good English communication skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
