About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior SAP Architect to assess the architecture of a meat distribution center with manufacturing operations. The focus is on evaluating how SAP supports industrial processes and integrates production, quality, materials, warehousing, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Assess the existing SAP architecture and its alignment with manufacturing and logistics processes.
• Analyze integration between modules supporting production, quality, materials, warehousing, and distribution.
• Identify architectural limitations, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop technical and functional recommendations aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand processes and substantiate assessment findings.
  
  

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in SAP architecture for manufacturing environments.
• Implementation experience in comparable business contexts, particularly food production, processing, and distribution.
• Ability to assess solutions across business processes, modules, and integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP modules supporting industrial operations, particularly PP, PP-PI, QM, MM, and EWM.
• Understanding of integrations with SD and PM, considering WM in legacy implementations and TM where applicable.
• Fluent Portuguese and English, minimum C1.
• Availability to attend onsite meetings in Porto or Lisbon when required.
  
  

This role requires practical architecture and industrial implementation experience. A background limited to SAP configuration or focused on SAP FI does not meet the opportunity’s core requirements.

An architect with an integrated understanding of manufacturing processes who connects architectural decisions with production, traceability, quality, and logistics needs. Able to assess existing environments and present clear recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
