Please note: In accordance with our 3-year strategic roadmap, VSI Management's next active signing window is not scheduled until late 2028. However, we continuously monitor, index, and catalog exceptional submissions on a rolling basis. When our active onboarding cycle restarts, our A&R collective will pull directly from the candidate pipeline.

VSI Management, a division of VSI Records, provides comprehensive career representation, brand strategy, publishing administration, global touring infrastructure, and creative direction for an elite roster of electronic and pop music artists.

Core Selection & Curation Criteria

We only evaluate applications from recording artists, electronic music producers, and live electronic acts who have established an independent commercial foundation. Please review our mandatory submission parameters before initiating an application:

• Asset Formatting: We accept ONLY private, streaming-enabled SoundCloud or Dropbox links containing 2-3 unreleased tracks or recent master demos. Public or unorganized link dumps will be automatically cleared from our parsing queue. This also means that if there's a new track while you wait to hear back from us, you can update the cloud folder so that we have the latest assets.

• Rights & Clearance: All submitted musical assets must be fully original, or contain entirely clearable sample/copyright materials.

• No Direct Follow-Ups: To maintain the integrity of our curation process, we enforce a strict no-contact policy regarding ongoing A&R reviews. Attempting to follow up via alternative business lines, personal emails, or direct messaging will result in automated disqualification.

What to Include in Your Application

Alongside the tracks and demos, you will be required to detail:

• Your current music industry metrics (e.g., active streaming footprint, key DJ support, sync placements, or regional ticket sales).

• Your legal copyright and Performing Rights Organization (PRO) registration status (SOCAN, ASCAP, BMI, etc.).

• A strict, 7-sentence-or-less response detailing your current commercial strategy, your 3-year brand scaling goals, and why VSI Management is the right partner for you. (We are also open to a link to your Pitch Deck or EPK).
