Asset Integrity Manager

Role Description The Asset Integrity Manager is a part-time remote role responsible for overseeing the integrity, reliability, and safety of assets across assigned facilities or projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing asset integrity plans, reviewing inspection and maintenance reports, and monitoring performance indicators to identify risks and necessary corrective actions. The role involves coordinating with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements. The Asset Integrity Manager will prepare technical documentation, participate in risk assessments and audits, and recommend improvements to asset lifecycle management. This position also requires clear communication of findings, preparation of executive summaries, and support for continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in asset integrity management, reliability engineering, or maintenance engineering within industrial, energy, or infrastructure environments.
• Strong skills in risk assessment, failure analysis, and condition monitoring, with the ability to interpret inspection data and technical reports.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements related to asset integrity, safety, and quality (e.g., ISO standards, local regulations).
• Ability to develop and implement asset integrity strategies, inspection programs, and maintenance plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Proficiency in using asset management or CMMS software, and working with digital tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, electrical, or related field) or a comparable technical discipline; relevant certifications in asset management or reliability engineering are an advantage.
• Experience working in the UAE or regional markets is beneficial, along with an understanding of diverse, multicultural work environments.
