Assistant Commercial ADV

Nous recherchons pour le service ADV Produits Finis, un Assistant Commercial ADV.

En tant qu’interlocuteur privilégié du client, vous coordonnez et assurez la gestion du carnet client afin d’offrir un service client d’excellence.

A ce titre, vous :

• garantissez la gestion d’un portefeuille clients, depuis l’enregistrement des commandes jusqu’à la gestion des réclamations,

• développez les relations avec ses clients, grâce à une parfaite connaissance de leur business, afin de leur apporter proactivité et service de qualité,

• travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les autres services pour monitorer et coordonner l’activité et les missions ADV depuis la saisie de commande jusqu’à la livraison et la gestion des litiges.

De niveau Bac+2, vous justifiez idéalement d'une première expérience similaire d'au moins 2 ans.

Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office et êtes à l'aise avec SAP.

Vous faites preuve de réactivité, de rigueur et de bonnes capacités de communication. Vous êtes organisé et aimez le travail en équipe.
