Role Overview

The Assistant Finance Manager will support the Controllership function across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and compliance with statutory and internal requirements. The role involves close coordination with regional finance teams, auditors, and key stakeholders to drive efficiency, standardization, and control excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Support month-end and year-end closing activities in compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies
Perform detailed review and sanity checks of Profit & Loss statements, including variance analysis
Conduct comprehensive balance sheet Preparation & reviews, including reconciliations, aging analysis, and resolution of open items
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit processes
Assist in preparation of MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial presentations

Monitor cash flow, liquidity position, and fund utilization across entities

Coordinate with banks for day-to-day treasury operations
Support working capital optimization, including receivables, payables, and inventory management

· Identify control gaps and implement robust financial controls and best practices

Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies
Support ERP enhancements, system implementations, and finance transformation projects
