Assistant Retail Manager / Retail Assistant / Shop Assistant

Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with some flexibility for work from home. The Assistant Retail Manager / Retail Assistant / Shop Assistant will support daily store operations, including assisting customers, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a clean, well-organized retail environment. Responsibilities include helping manage stock levels, merchandising products, and ensuring shelves and displays are replenished and visually appealing. The role also involves supporting team members with basic coordination of shifts, contributing to sales targets, and promoting a positive, customer-focused atmosphere. The successful candidate will follow store policies, assist with basic reporting or cash handling as required, and communicate issues or customer feedback to management.

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle basic cash and point-of-sale systems, and manage time effectively.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid arrangement with clear attendance and schedule expectations.
