Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing strategy for leadership, support, and critical hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple functions and locations.
- Manage and coach sourcing and recruitment teams to achieve hiring targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Sourcing.
- Strong experience hiring for leadership and specialized roles.
- Experience managing recruiters or sourcing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and market-mapping capabilities.
