Services include legal advisory, independent reviews, Indonesia strategic advisory, governance and board advisory, senior counsel retainers, and executive education.

Role Description The Associate will support senior advisers in delivering high-quality legal and strategic advisory services to Indonesian and international clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing memoranda, reports, and client communications and meetings, and assisting in the preparation of strategic advisory materials and presentations. The role also involves coordinating with clients and internal teams, maintaining accurate documentation and matter files, and contributing to knowledge management and internal process improvements.

This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, requiring regular collaboration with senior professionals and adherence to professional and ethical standards.

• Qualifications
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage professionally with senior advisers and clients.
• High level of integrity, professional judgment, and attention to detail in managing confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta on a part-time basis, managing time and multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law; admission to practice in Indonesia is a must.
• Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English skills, spoken and written, are a must.
• Prior medium to long term experience in a Tier 1 law firm is a must.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
