Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Host Live TikTok & Social Media Admin Intern. The intern will host and moderate live sessions on TikTok, engage with viewers in real time, and represent The OG’s brand voice in a positive and professional manner. Day-to-day tasks include responding to comments and messages, supporting content scheduling, and helping manage social media accounts to maintain consistent posting and audience interaction. The intern will assist in monitoring trends, gathering audience feedback, and coordinating with the content team to improve live shows and social media engagement. The role may also involve basic reporting on performance metrics and supporting community-building initiatives across platforms.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and respectful online interaction.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of enabling relatable conversation and product mentions during live sessions when needed.
• Candidates should be familiar with TikTok and other social platforms, with an interest in live streaming, youth culture, and social media trends.
• Candidates should demonstrate reliability, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Candidates should have conversational proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; prior experience in hosting, content creation, or community management is an advantage.
