· Review delivery work from offshore teams and partners, build reusable templates and sample reports, support customer demos, and identify follow-on opportunities to share with sales

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience

· 2-4 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering or data engineering, ideally in a consulting or client-facing role

· Strong Power BI skills, including star-schema modelling, DAX, Power Query (M), report design, licensing, workspaces, security and access management

· Proficiency in SQL, working knowledge of Python, and experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and integrating APIs

· Ability to articulate complex data-related concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Other Required Qualifications

· Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory pipelines, notebooks) or Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Synapse or Databricks

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills, with confidence working directly with customers and collaborating with consultants, offshore delivery teams and partners

· Track record of balancing multiple priorities and client deadlines while adapting to changing needs, with the ability to travel occasionally to client sites

Nice to Have

· Microsoft certifications such as PL-300, DP-600 or DP-700, and experience with Copilot in Power BI or Fabric, Copilot Studio, or preparing data for AI

· Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce or ERP data sources, and familiarity with data governance and quality practices such as Microsoft Purview and sensitivity labels

· Experience with Git, deployment pipelines, Azure DevOps, Power Apps or Power Automate, and the ability to communicate in English and French
