  • Partner with BD leaders to develop and execute appropriate PTW analysis and price strategy recommendations for priority pursuits
  • Lead the development of PTW analysis on priority pursuits by predicting competitor offerings, solutions, and bid strategies through applying extensive qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Incorporate ongoing Federal Acquisition Regulation overhauls into PTW analysis, including streamlining efforts, digital acquisition frameworks, and commercial purchasing flexibility
  • Assess competitors from across major defense domains, including integration of non‑traditional defense contractors and emerging technology entrants
  • Translate acquisition innovation pilots (OTA, CSO, middle-tier acquisition, digital engineering requirements, etc.) into impacts on pricing strategies and capture planning
  • Mentor, train, and coach BD leads and other analysts on PTW methodologies and analysis
  • Support Competitive Positioning and Black Hat reviews to assess competitive advantages and shape win strategies
  • Confidently and clearly brief senior leadership and key stakeholders on PTW analysis, recommendations and price strategy considerations
  • Collaborate with BD leads, CMs, and other functional leads in support of win strategy and price strategy development activities
  • Support and lead post-submittal and post-award win/loss analyses to assess accuracy, identify root causes, and capture lessons learned
  • Lead special projects and innovation initiatives on topics such as appropriate application of AI tools to aid in PTW, market segment and competitor trends, research and development trends, acquisition reform and international customer buying behavior
  • Identify, leverage, and enable adoption of AI capabilities throughout the BD organization to increase our competitive analysis and win strategy efforts
