Associate Director, Relationship Management

Proactively build and influence client relationships to boost revenues and enhance client experience and satisfaction within our managed accounts. Actively collaborate with senior management, client service representatives, and teams across product, operations, integration, and marketing to ensure effective service delivery for the client community. Act as the single point of contact for Tier 1 clients, orchestrating additional activities within the account to enhance client experience and drive revenue growth. Develop and execute both short-term and long-term account plans. Proactively expand contacts and engage confidently and with integrity at senior levels within our Tier 1 clients. Build extensive networks of relationships within key accounts and with industry participants. Demonstrate the ability to engage in high-level strategic and operational discussions, clearly articulating our strategies, solutions, and capabilities to clients and at industry/client events, and relating them to client and industry needs. Create and manage campaigns to grow partnerships with key clients. Present and clearly communicate the business drivers and strategic direction of our key clients internally to senior management. Work closely with Executive Directors (Sales, Product Management, etc.) and Directors (Integration, Operations Management, etc.) of the Key Client Program to pursue new revenue-generating activities. Provide consulting services and overall guidance on matters related to transaction processing and regulatory impacts affecting clients and their customers. Represent complex and sensitive customers in developing strategic solutions with a focus on operational efficiency, OTC regulatory reporting, and transaction processing. Operate independently by identifying business needs and acting on them with minimal direct supervision, while keeping senior management informed and seeking approval as needed. Mitigate risks by adhering to established procedures and monitoring controls, identifying key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
