How You'll Make an Impact We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate – ESG to provide day-to-day operational and analytical support across BPS's Environmental & Sustainability, Occupational Health & Safety, and Corporate Social Responsibility programmes. In this role, you will support data collection, tracking, documentation and coordination activities that keep our ESG function running smoothly. You will work closely with teams across the business to ensure ESG, HSE and CSR information is accurate, complete and timely, helping BPS stay compliant, meet its sustainability commitments, and respond reliably to investors, regulators and community stakeholders. What You'll Do ESG Strategy & Governance Support the coordination of ESG, HSE and CSR initiatives across BPS locations and departments Maintain ESG trackers, registers and dashboards to help keep programmes on track Provide coordination support to cross-functional ESG working groups spanning HR, Admin, Legal, Operations and Finance ESG Reporting & Disclosures Coordinate the collection, consolidation and quality-check of ESG data across departments to support reporting Support drafting of the Annual ESG/Sustainability Report and help respond to data requests from investors and lenders HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Management Support the implementation of OHS policies and procedures, including safety inductions, and toolbox talks Maintain incident and near-miss logs and compile HSE statistics (e.g., LTIFR, TRIR) for reporting What We're Looking For Professional & Technical Strengths Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Occupational Health & Safety, Social Sciences, Engineering or a related field Experience in ESG, sustainability, HSE or CSR; exposure to energy, power or infrastructure Strong proficiency in MS Excel and comfort working with data trackers and dashboards Detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through on documentation and reporting tasks Understanding of environmental, health & safety and CSR compliance requirements, with awareness of ESG frameworks such as GRI, SASB, IFC Performance Standards and the UN SDGs Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO, GRI CSP) are an advantage Leadership & Interpersonal Strengths Ability to collaborate with multicultural and geographically distributed teams High degree of autonomy and accountability (we operate within a hybrid work environment) Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear reports and insights Excellent attention to detail Ability to coordinate effectively across internal stakeholders and field teams Proactive self-starter, comfortable managing multiple priorities and workstreams Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement Nice to Have Prior experience or exposure to the energy, power, or infrastructure sectors Fluency in French What the Recruitment Process Looks Like Step 1 - Application Review: Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application to gauge your experience and potential fit.
