Overview

Quickbase is seeking an Associate Growth Operations Analyst, to support our business through AI Operations Automation, Annual Planning Operations, and Growth Business Operations.

Our business is investing in these areas as we continue to lean into our own AI products while ramping up our productivity by leveraging external tools as well. You’ll be at the forefront of those efforts. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across our Finance, HR, and GTM teams for the annual planning process, with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams for Growth Operations for our Pave product, and with a variety of stakeholders for AI Operations.

Key Responsibilities

AI Operations Automation:

• Build, test, and maintain AI-assisted workflows for RevOps and GTM teams.
• Convert manual, repeatable processes into documented, automated ones.
• Drive company context and skills initiatives.
• Work closely with individual users to understand business problems and design solutions to address them.

Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Operations:

• Support the building and maintenance of segmentation, account assignment, capacity, quota, and other planning models.
• Upgrade existing models to be scalable and repeatable beyond the current year. Build AI skills to refresh models regularly.
• Work through model iterations with RevOps, GTM, Finance, and HR stakeholders.

Next Gen Business Unit / Pave Operations Support:

• Improve recurring reporting on funnel performance, PQLs, conversion, and retention, working with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams, as well as RevOps.
• Investigate issues with the GTM process and design solutions and support recuring GTM cadences.
• Handle ad hoc analysis requests, turning business questions into data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-2 years in an analytical role like RevOps, Sales Ops, Biz Ops, Finance, Consulting, or Data Analytics. Strong internship experience counts.
• Evidence you can pick up technical skills through hands-on experience.
• Curiosity around working with AI tools to improve business outcomes.
• Clear, concise, written communication.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with AI tools in a business environment.
• Comfort working with Salesforce, Excel, SQL, and vibe-coding tools.

Pay Range

$57,030.40 - $89,619.20

Incentive Compensation

This role is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
