ABOUT THE ROLE

As Associate IMC Account Manager, you will contribute to building Vero's integrated marketing communications (IMC) business in Vietnam and across the ASEAN region. This includes managing client accounts, providing strategic counsel, and driving new business development to ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction. You will play an active role in business development activities, working alongside account directors on pitching and leading the execution of client projects across influencer marketing, creator engagement, KOL strategy, social media, and digital campaigns. The role requires developing creative, insight-driven solutions and staying ahead of emerging trends in the creator economy to benefit both the agency and its clients.

Client Service

  • Lead day-to-day client communication and act as the primary trusted point of contact, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Lead client meetings, stay responsive in team channels, and maintain a full understanding of all account activities.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering timely, value-added support and ensuring consistent service quality across all touchpoints.

  • Track and evaluate campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the local influencer, creator, and social media landscape to inform client strategy.

Account Management

  • Own influencer and KOL relations end-to-end, from identification, outreach, and negotiation to briefing, content coordination, and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with and guide cross-functional teams (creative, social, digital) to deliver integrated campaigns that meet KPIs and run smoothly from brief to reporting.

  • Lead campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis, ensuring all deliverables are on time, on brief, and exceed client expectations.

  • Build and maintain a strong network of influencers, content creators, KOLs, and platform partners across relevant categories to support ongoing and future campaign needs.

  • Mentor junior team members (Account Executives) on account processes, client communication, and influencer/KOL management.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 3–4 years of experience in IMC, PR, digital marketing, or influencer / social media agency roles, with at least 1 year in a client-facing or account leadership capacity.

  • Proven experience managing influencer / KOL campaigns end-to-end, including negotiation and performance tracking.

  • Strong understanding of the Vietnam creator economy, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends.

  • Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.

  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Prior experience mentoring or supervising junior staff is a plus.
