About the position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Operations FP&A Associate Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position lies within the Emerging Markets region. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Ops FP&A Senior Manager within the EM Supply Chain Finance team. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of Emerging Markets Ops financial results is a core part of this role — as is the ability to communicate those results clearly and in a way that is meaningful to different layers of the organization. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Financial Planning and forecasting:
o Managing the monthly forecast cycle for the Supply Chain Network across the region, ensuring inputs are complete, accurate and submitted on time
o Coordinating the Annual Operating Plan and budgeting cycle for zone Operations, working with key stakeholders to develop reliable cost and volume assumptions
Data Management, Reporting and Analysis:
o Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data across systems, including reconciliation of actual results and flagging and supporting the resolution of discrepancies
o Preparing monthly performance reviews for Global entity and Zone leadership team, ensuring outputs are clear, structured and tailored to each audience level
o Conducting variance analysis to identify and explain financial performance deviations, turning complex data into concise, actionable insights for a range of internal stakeholders
Process improvement:
o Supporting the ongoing alignment and continuous improvement of FP&A processes across the region — contributing to what is still being built while sustaining and refining what is already in place, with a focus on embedding best practices and driving synergies
o Identifying opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and enhance automation through PowerBI and emerging AI capabilities
Stakeholder Management:
o Working closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Accounting & Controlling, and country Supply Chain Finance teams to align on inputs, support issue resolution and contribute to a consistent view of financial performance across the region
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
· 3-5 years of experience in FP&A roles or Supply Chain Finance roles
· Economics / Business / Finance background
· FMCG experience is a plus
· English
· Microsoft Suite, Power BI would be a plus, SAP experience is an advantage
· Hands-on approach, analytical mindset, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, strong business acumen
