FP&A Manager - NL

Unilabs is one of Europe’s leading diagnostic providers, combining laboratory, pathology, and medical imaging services. We’re on a mission to be at the heart and start of all effective treatment decisions, and we’re looking for a strong finance leader to join us. As our manager for the Financial Planning & Analysis department, you will lead a team of five financial business partners and report directly to the CFO of Unilabs Netherlands. You will lead the business partnering with the country leadership team and oversee planning processes oversight across our Dutch operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Financial Planning and Analysis team (5 direct reports) Lead and drive improvements of the FP&A processes such as budgeting and forecasting, and long-term financial planning Perform detailed variance analyses of profit and loss and cashflow statements, identify the drivers behind performance, and explain the results in an accessible manner Monitor and interpret financial trends, risks and opportunities Support senior leadership with ad-hoc analysis, business cases, investment evaluations and strategic projects Challenge assumptions, provide recommendations, and support data-driven decision making Contribute to improving data quality and financial data governance What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Finance, Business economics, Accounting or related field 5+ years experience in leading and developing FP&A teams 10+ years’ experience in FP&A, controlling and financial analysis Strong financial modelling and analytic skills and experience with BI/reporting tools and financial planning systems Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across the organization Experience working in international medical or matrix organizations Fluent in Dutch and English What We Offer A key leadership role in a purpose-driven healthcare company Competitive salary and benefits Hybrid work model (Amsterdam-based + remote flexibility, with 3 days at the office) Career growth opportunities across Unilabs' European footprint
