The Associate Manager, Value owns the design, launch, optimization and scaling of proven value platforms that drive new visits, frequency and habit formation.

This role turns the value strategy into commercially viable offers and programs. You will build the value calendar and offer pipeline, develop business case recommendations, coordinate test and national launch readiness, and use performance and competitive signals to improve results.

You will work across Consumer Insights, Finance, Operations, RSCS, FIT, Digital, Retail Marketing, IMC, Media, and agencies to move work through the 4Ds process (Discover, Dive, Design and Deploy) with speed, clarity and strong execution.

Primary accountability: Win today by optimizing and scaling proven everyday value platforms.

4Ds ownership: Lead Design + Deploy; support Discover.

1. Own the Value portfolio

• Own the value calendar and offer architecture across group, individual and snacking occasions.

• Lead proven value platforms, from program design through national execution.

• Translate consumer, category, macro and competitive inputs into clear optimization actions and future briefs.

• Maintain a prioritized roadmap that balances near-term business needs with a healthy pipeline of scalable value platforms.

2. Build commercially strong programs

• Drive the test design, forecast and business case recommendations grounded in sales, transactions, mix, profitability and operational feasibility, in partnership with key x-functional partners.

• Define the consumer proposition, product or bundle architecture, naming, positioning, packaging, merchandising and channel strategy.

• Identify risks, trade-offs and decision points early. Make clear recommendations to the Director, Value and cross-functional leaders.

• Prepare programs for key stage gates, including test alignment, authorization, supply deadlines and national scale decisions.

3. Lead readiness and execution

• Build and manage critical paths, workback schedules and cross-functional inputs for market tests and national launches.

• Lead cross-functional working sessions, establish owners and close decisions to keep programs moving.

• Coordinate execution with Operations, Supply Chain, Food Information Technology (FIT), Finance, Digital, Retail Marketing, IMC, Media, Consumer Insights and agency partners.

• Partner with franchisees and NCAC stakeholders to support sell-in, adoption and execution readiness.

4. Optimize performance and scale

• Track platform performance, competitive activity, execution quality and consumer response.

• Frame results and recommend actions to improve sales, transactions, frequency, profitability and adoption.

• Recommend whether to optimize, scale, sustain or stop based on evidence and size of prize.

• Capture learning and feed it back into the portfolio, future tests and national program design.

Education

• BA or BS degree required; MBA preferred.

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant marketing, product, category or commercial experience preferred.

• Experience with established CPG brands or in QSR / restaurants preferred.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.

Skills

• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to connect consumer value, pricing, sales, transactions, profitability and operational feasibility.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and program management skills.

• Clear written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to influence across functions and with franchisees.

• Ability to translate data and learning into specific recommendations, owners and next steps.

• Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.

Salary Range: $105,030 to $110,865 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
