You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Creating and maintaining 3D CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings.

• Supporting product development activities from concept through implementation.

• Assisting with engineering changes, documentation updates, and product data management.

• Collaborating with engineers, manufacturing teams, and cross-functional partners to support project objectives.

• Participating in design reviews and helping ensure designs meet quality, cost, and manufacturability requirements.

• Supporting prototype development, testing activities, and design validation efforts.

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

• Exposure to creating and maintaining 3D CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings through academic projects, internships, or professional experience.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.

Portfolio Requirement

Please attach a portfolio showcasing CAD models, engineering drawings, academic projects, internship work, or other relevant design examples. Applications submitted with a portfolio will be prioritized for review.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with 3D CAD software; exposure to Creo is preferred, although candidates with experience in other major CAD platforms are encouraged to apply.

• Internship, academic project, or work experience in mechanical design, product development, or manufacturing environments.

• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.

• Understanding of engineering documentation and change management processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
