Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of recruitment experience, relevant internship experience is a plus.
- Interest in technical recruitment and a willingness to learn about technology roles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to take feedback, follow instructions, and work collaboratively.
- Professional handling of confidential candidate and client information.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review CVs against job requirements under the guidance of senior recruiters.
- Conduct initial screening calls to gather information about candidates' experience, availability, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates.
- Keep candidate records and recruitment trackers accurate and up to date.
- Support senior recruiters in preparing shortlists and building talent pipelines.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Develop an understanding of technology roles, common skills, and recruitment practices.
