Associate to U.S. Strategic Engagement Manager (Project Manager) Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Reporting to: Vice President, STEM U.S. [dotted-line reporting to local manager for administrative purposes] Location: Gurugram, India. This individual will be expected to work one day a week in the office (choice of Tuesday – Friday), with the remaining days home-based. Training and other events might occasionally require additional office days. Our STEM organization partners with pharma and biotech clients with customer-facing personnel to evaluate their team’s alignment around their strategy and their confidence in it, and to assess the extent to which their direction is being executed by their customer-facing people. Job purpose: This individual will support the work of U.S.-based Strategic Engagement Managers (SEMs), as part of a high performing team that serves multiple clients in multiple therapy areas. No project will be the same, and there will be an opportunity to work with a variety of people in the U.S. organization and support many projects at the same time. Preparing draft communications, reports, presentations and working documents for the SEMs, the Associate SEM will play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our project teams, so we can better serve our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set-up project files/folders Prepare draft materials for project kickoff meetings Prepare draft working documents for project execution, including information about client brands, teams, strategy, targets, messaging and more Build draft internal team briefings comprised of client background, project overview, disease state information and guidance for internal stakeholders Compose draft client communications, providing weekly project updates Complete other tasks as assigned by the Vice President or the SEMs for whom the individual is providing support Growth Opportunities: STEM and Inizio Ignite has an excellent reputation with their clients, and as a fast-growing business, there are opportunities to expand and develop beyond the role when success has been demonstrated STEM offers the opportunity to move into more senior roles for the right talent as part of their long-term career development Experience: Bachelor's Degree is required, ideally in a relevant area (for example, Business, Life Sciences). 1+ year of experience in supporting business leaders or project managers, doing work similar to the duties and responsibilities described above Key Competencies: High attention to detail and organized Ability to prioritize Commitment to on-time delivery of assigned tasks Effective communication skills Ability to balance the support needs of several SEMs and several projects at once, confidently speaking up when there are conflicting assignments or timelines Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel & Outlook Attributes Strong service mindset, comfortable being in a support role Excellent English language proficiency Highly collaborative team player Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders Ability to adapt style to effectively support multiple SEMs and work on multiple projects Agility to adapt to change and new situations High degree of professional credibility and personal integrity Don't meet every job requirement?
