Audit Manager

We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join our clients growing Audit & Assurance team in Malta.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified Accountant with strong audit experience within the iGaming sector, looking to take ownership of a client portfolio and lead a team of audit professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Lead and oversee audit engagements, including planning, resource allocation and technical reviews.
• Mentor, coach and develop junior team members.
• Manage client relationships and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Work closely with Partners on commercial matters, fees and client profitability.
• Ensure audits are delivered in line with relevant standards and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years' audit experience.
• Previous audit experience within the iGaming sector is essential.
• Experience managing and mentoring audit teams.
• Fluent in Maltese and English.
• Strong technical, organisational and communication skills.
