AUS Structural Draftsperson | WFH | Day Shift

Platinum Outsourcing is one of Australia's fastest growing companies, we are a co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago, currently a global team of 250, we have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years. We are seeking a Structural Drafter who will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed structural drawings and documentation in alignment with engineering and project requirements. The role involves working closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of quality structural documentation. About the Role Prepare and modify structural drawings, including concrete, steel, timber, and masonry elements Interpret architectural and engineering plans to produce detailed structural documentation Ensure all drawings comply with relevant Australian standards, codes, and company guidelines Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other drafters to ensure design accuracy and consistency Assist in clash detection and resolution between structural, architectural, and services drawings Maintain and update project documentation throughout the design and construction lifecycle Contribute to quality control processes and drawing reviews About You Minimum 3 years' experience in structural drafting on Australian projects, Proficiency in AutoCAD Proficency in Revit Sound understanding of structural detailing conventions for concrete, steel, timber, and masonry Familiarity with Australian Standards (AS 3600, AS 4100, AS 1720, AS 3700) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Good written and spoken English for direct coordination with our Sydney-based engineers What we offer Work for one of Australia's fastest growing outsourcing companies HMO Day 1 (Primary and Dependent) Above market compensation package Quarterly Massages Regular team building and company activities Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives Diverse and supportive work environment Brand new IT equipment
