Our client is a leading Australian provider of innovative technology solutions for financial planners, based in Sydney. They specialise in delivering CRM systems and workflow management tools that empower financial advisors to streamline operations, enhance client relationships, and ensure compliance with Australian Financial Services (AFS) licensing and regulatory standards. They are seeking a experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and optimise Salesforce solutions for our clients' financial planning. In this senior role, you will join the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Flow to create tailored CRM systems and automated workflows that address the unique needs of financial planners.

• Salesforce Development: Build and deploy custom solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuring objects, fields, and reports to support financial planning workflows, client management, and data analytics.
• Automate Workflows: Develop and optimise automated processes with Salesforce Flow, ensuring efficient task management, lead nurturing, and compliance with Australian financial regulations such as the Corporations Act and ASIC guidelines.
• System Integration and Customisation: Integrate Salesforce with other tools (e.g., third-party APIs, workflow management software) to enhance CRM capabilities for financial planners, including data migration, security enhancements, and user interface improvements.
• Troubleshoot and Maintain Systems: Conduct regular system audits, troubleshoot issues, and perform optimizations to ensure high availability, performance, and data integrity in a production environment.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with financial planners, sales teams, and IT professionals to gather requirements, provide training, and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
• Ensure Compliance and Security: Implement security protocols and data governance measures to meet Australian privacy laws (e.g., Privacy Act 1988) and financial industry standards.

• Experience: At least 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, specifically in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Flow.
• Proven track record in customising CRM systems for financial services or related industries.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Advanced proficiency in building and automating workflows using Salesforce Flow.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) and data management tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
• English: Fluent
