- Work with the team to ensure all servers are patched to latest levels.
- Ensure TSA (Telecoms Security Act) compliance requirements are met and provide evidence for auditors.
- Resolve identified vulnerabilities in a secure and timely manner.
- Assist with identifying and proposing improvements to the services, processes and technologies managed by the team.
- Work with the wider team to ensure compliance and technical requirements are developed into secure, resilient and supportable solutions.
- Work to ensure platform service quality, using a customer-focused and analytical approach to complex problem solving and prioritisation.
- Assist in regular recovery exercises in a safe and segregated environment.
Minimum requirements
- Relevant industry experience supporting and engineering enterprise-scale technology platforms in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills, with experience resolving complex technical problems and identifying emerging risks.
- Show willingness to use automation to improve platform operations and service outcomes.
- Hands-on experience supporting authentication and infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with energy, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to excellent service.
