We grow together!

We are seeking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our Hyperautomation team.

This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in understanding and optimizing internal processes while contributing to the development of frameworks for customer communication.

As a part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless automation processes and effective communication strategies.

  • Explore new AI and automation technologies (e.g., GenAI, agent frameworks, Model Context Protocol) and prepare short research notes or demos.
  • Assist in conducting workshops with business stakeholders to understand their pain points, document manual processes, and translate them into technical automation requirements.
  • Prepare user documentation and conduct training sessions to help non-technical users adopt new automation / AI tools.
  • Help maintain automation platforms by contributing to basic DevOps tasks (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, documentation).
  • Document findings, prepare presentations, and contribute ideas to innovation discussions.
  • A 2-3rd year student of Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Availability for Internship tasks minimum 30h per week.
  • Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Interest in low-code platforms and automation (prior exposure to n8n, Power Automate, or ServiceNow is a plus).
  • Curiosity about GenAI and modern AI agents; willingness to experiment and learn quickly.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and cloud basics (Azure/AWS/GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to document and share findings clearly.
  • Strong presentation skills, with ability to confidently bridge technical developers and non-technical business partners
  • Fluent both in Polish and English languages.
  • Analytical skills to break down unstructured business tasks into logical step-by-step workflows.
  • Mindset matters most: energy, eagerness to learn and explore cutting-edge automation and AI.

Bosch’s culture of innovation and digital transformation offers you a fantastic platform to grow your skills and enhance your network. We are dedicated to building a warm, open, transparent, and inclusive work environment for all.
