Automotive Digital Services - Customer Support with Danish

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

What you will be doing:

• Answer customer questions via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Use your knowledge of automotive and digital products to solve problems.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and solutions in the CRM.
• Work with the team to improve the customer experience.
• Stay informed about the client's latest offers and policies.
• Show warmth and enthusiasm in every conversation.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Danish language (must be at least C2)
• Communicative level of English language ( at least B1)
• You live anywhere in Portugal
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer

• Full time contract
• Base salary (gross): 1500 €/month x 14
• Performance bonus (gross): 80€/month x 12
• Meal allowance: 7.23€ per working day (paid in meal card)
• Health insurance
