About the Team & Business Line:

Your Role:
You will be working on the Treasury or team in a management role.
Manage a team ensuring MOS deliverables are completed accurately by local and outsourced location teams and in accordance with risk management best practices.
Responsible for oversight and control of the central group email boxes.
Monitor and assist in managing client SLAs and operational deliverables in MOS.
Produce timely and accurate reports.
Work on special projects as needed and support VP in rolling out new operational processes and onboarding of new funds.
Work with client in a professional manner to resolve any open issues.
Supervise the training and development of junior members of the team in both local and outsourced locations.
Interact effectively with team members in both local and outsourced locations and supporting departments.
Assist with internal SOC/audit requirements.
Oversee task allocations in local offices to ensure client deliverables are met.
Co-ordinate task assignment and task reviews for teams in outsourced office locations.
Ensure appropriate escalation of all relevant risk events in local and outsourced locations.
Sign and approve MOS client wires and SSI instructions.
Manage the processing and approval of client payment instructions by local and outsourced team members ensuring accuracy and efficiency per Citco’s Service Level Agreement and risk and controls.
You will monitor and ensure that all wires (e.g. incoming OTC Payments/Invoices/Client funding requests) are processed on time and accurately.
Assist with client onboarding, internal SOC/audit requirements and other projects at Citco.
About You:
You have bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative subjects.
You have 6+ Years in Financial Services or relevant industry.
You have 2+ Years supervisory experience.
You have knowledge of Hedge and Mutual Funds
You have strong customer service & analytical and problem solving skills.
You are committed team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are detail focused with the ability to multi-task.
You have an ability to learn new systems and source information from numerous systems.
You have an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
You are an adaptive, flexible professional style, capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
You have strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word, and aptitude to learn new skills.
You have an ability to organize, prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-oriented environment.
You are comfortable communicating with clients and counterparties via e-mail and phone.
You have previous experience/exposure in within a payments environment and in-depth knowledge of Treasury processes.
