We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
B2B Sales Representative
to join our growing team. As a part-time sales representative, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients from a provided list of leads, building strong relationships, and driving the sales process through to successfully closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to property managers, developers, property owners, and other decision-makers within the property and real estate sector.
Contact and follow up with company-provided leads to generate new business opportunities.
Speak confidently with managers and key decision-makers to introduce the company's services and close sales.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
Understand clients' needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Negotiate proposals and successfully close sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions within the CRM system.
Consistently achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in an outbound sales environment.
Experience making a high volume of outbound calls (80+ calls per day).
Strong cold calling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Reliable internet connection and own laptop.
