Part-time Sales Representative – B2B Outbound Sales Location: Remote Working Hours: US Business Hours | From 3:00 PM SA Time Onwards Employment Type: Independent Contractor Own Laptop & Reliable Internet Required We are seeking a confident, motivated, and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and contacting businesses to generate new advertising clients , building relationships with decision-makers, and driving the sales process from initial contact through to closing. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to prospective clients. Identify and contact businesses that could benefit from advertising opportunities. Speak confidently with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers. Introduce the company's advertising opportunities and communicate their value effectively. Assist prospective clients in selecting advertising opportunities that align with their target audience and business objectives. Follow up consistently with prospective clients to maximise conversion opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Handle objections, negotiate opportunities, and successfully close sales. Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activity within the CRM. Consistently work toward agreed sales targets and performance metrics. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or lead generation . Strong cold-calling and prospecting experience. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Confident communicating with business owners and key decision-makers. Excellent communication, persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently. Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Experience using CRM systems and sales tools. Reliable internet connection and own laptop .
