Key Responsibilities

Perform direct sales outreach (calls, messaging, meetings) using our pre-built lead database of 30k–40k merchants.

Present live product demonstrations of AtmetChat to online store owners and decision-makers.

Understand merchant pain points and position AtmetChat features effectively.

Close new subscription plans and guide merchants through their initial onboarding process.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly onboarding targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven track record in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or SaaS sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Fluency in Arabic and English (strong spoken Arabic is essential for merchant communication).

High self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently.

Familiarity with WhatsApp Business tools, e-commerce platforms, or SaaS models is a strong plus.

Compensation & Uncapped Earning Potential

We offer a high-reward structure designed to heavily compensate top performers:

Fixed Base Salary: 1,500 – 2,000 SAR / Month (based on experience).

Aggressive Commission Structure: 100% Commission on the first month's subscription for every merchant you onboard.

Realistic Earning Potential Example:

Onboarding 20 merchants on our Ultra Plan (249 SAR/month) = ~5,000 SAR in Commission.

Total Estimated Monthly Income (Base + Commission): ~6,500 SAR – 7,000+ SAR / Month.

No Cap on Commissions: The more merchants you onboard, the more you earn!
