B2C Outbound Sales Representative (Home Improvement & Solar)

This is a remote position.

Open to candidates in South Africa

A home improvement company serving homeowners in the U.S looking for experienced outbound sales professionals who will connect homeowners with estimates for roofing,solar, HVAC and remodeling. You will start friendly conversations, find out what the homeowner needs and book on-site visits for our sales consultants.The role requires strong English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-volume calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments
  
• Confirm address, ownership, project type and best time for a visit
  
• Handle objections such as "not interested" or "just looking" politely and persuasively
  
• Follow call compliance rules and Do-Not-Call lists
  
• Update lead status and notes in the CRM
  

Requirements

• 1- 3 years in outbound sales or appointment setting (home services experience preferred)
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Ability to learn product details, offers and promotions that change often
  
• Ability to handle high outbound volume calls
• Comfort with rejection and daily targets
  
• Own computer, headset and reliable internet
