Back End Developer

🚨 SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER – NODE.JS / PYTHON / JAVASCRIPT

📍 Dublin – Hybrid

💰 €550–€650 per day

📅 6-month initial contract

🏢 2–3 days per week onsite

I’m currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a technology team delivering modern, cloud-based applications and services.

This is a hands-on backend development role focused on building scalable systems, APIs and cloud services across Microsoft Azure

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Azure

• Develop RESTful APIs and services

• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases

• Build cloud-native solutions using Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure SQL and Service Bus

• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code

• Contribute to technical design decisions and code reviews

• Work with Git / GitHub-based development workflows

• Build on and improve CI/CD pipelines

• Produce and maintain technical and API documentation

• Collaborate with developers, designers and business stakeholders

• 3+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong commercial backend development experience

• Node.js, Python and/or JavaScript

• Strong Microsoft Azure experience

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices

• SQL and NoSQL database experience

• Git / modern source control workflows

• CI/CD experience

• Docker / Kubernetes

• Experience building and deploying scalable web applications
