Back Office Officer - Burmese/Thai Speaking

Responsibilities: Ensuring effective implementation of Know your Customer (KYC) procedure to all potential and existing Clients in line with the company policies and procedures Executing daily tasks relating to account opening / maintenance and closures Monitoring of clients’ accounts regarding suspicious transactions and notifying the AMLCO when clients’ investment/economic profiles do not match Assisting the MLCO with the maintenance and update of the Client on-boarding procedure Preparing various regulatory reports related to back office Identifying and enhancing internal procedures, systems, and controls Communicating with other internal departments and the Company’s partners Resolving internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner Improve overall client satisfaction by ensuring a smooth and efficient on boarding experience Updating Back Office manual and any other related policy according to any changes in procedures and regulations Requirements: University degree in Economics/Finance/Business or in a related field Previous experience in a similar role is a must Able to work in different shifts (Morning shift = 7:00/8:00 am till 16:00/17:00 pm/ Afternoon shift = 15:00/16:00 pm till 00:00/1:00 am/ Middle shift = 12:00 pm till 21:00 pm/ Night shift = 12 am till 7:00 am) Fluent in Burmese and English - written and verbal, Thai or other language is a plus Location: Malaysia preferred Computer literate – very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Our Offer: Work within a global and fast-growing organization Friendly, supportive, positive, and professional team of experts Multicultural and diverse environment Allowances for special celebrations Competition Bonuses Annual Leave: Following labor law Corporate Events Follow us on Social Media: LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/xscomglobal Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/xscomglobal Instagram: https://instagram.com/xscomglobal If you have passion for Back Office and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team, don't hesitate to apply today !
