【Your Role】

Engineers in this role will participate in development work within a team responsible for a specific area of the business domain.

For existing systems, engineers will join a team focused on nursing care, medical care, disability welfare, or management support to drive development that delivers direct value to customers and improves system stability. As the focus of services and organizational structure shifts toward renewal projects, engineers are also expected to participate in system renewals by leveraging domain and regulatory knowledge gained from current operations.

For renewal projects, engineers will engage in development aimed at resolving the operational and regulatory complexities of their assigned business domain, operating within an architecture and team framework built around "extensibility," "scalability," and "development concurrency."

The engineering team is currently advancing two parallel initiatives: growth and maintenance projects for the existing platform servicing care providers, and a complete system renewal project designed to bolster service stability, technical competitive edge, and long-term business growth. 【Required】

・Experience developing web applications (business type—such as a business company, system integrator, or staffing agency—is not a factor)

・Experience developing web services using object-oriented programming

・Basic knowledge of internet services (SaaS businesses, APIs, web services, mobile apps) and fundamental security practices for web services

・Experience continuously improving products based on user feedback

・Native-level Japanese communication skills
