【Your Role】

You will be involved in development work within a team responsible for a specific area of the business domain.

For existing systems, engineers will join a team focused on nursing care, medical care, disability welfare, or management support to drive development that delivers direct value to customers and improves system stability. As the focus of services and organizational structure shifts toward renewal projects, engineers are also expected to participate in system renewals by leveraging domain and regulatory knowledge gained from current operations.

For renewal projects, engineers will engage in development aimed at resolving the operational and regulatory complexities of their assigned business domain, operating within an architecture and team framework built around "extensibility," "scalability," and "development concurrency."

In developing this product, user interviews are conducted directly at nursing care facilities. Facing user challenges firsthand allows team members to incorporate real user feedback directly into the product, working alongside Product Managers and Designers to drive hands-on product development.

・Gathering requirements from users and business stakeholders, and selecting key problems to solve

As the team practices agile development, members define their respective roles according to the situation.

Software engineers enjoy broad discretion spanning from server-side code to infrastructure, enabling high-freedom service development within a stable foundational platform.

【Required】

・Experience developing web applications

・Experience developing web services using object-oriented programming

・Basic knowledge of internet services (SaaS businesses, APIs, web services, mobile apps) and fundamental security practices for web services

・Experience continuously improving products based on user feedback

・Native-level Japanese communication skills

【Preferred】

・Knowledge and experience in agile development

・Experience developing services while collaborating with business stakeholders and product managers on planning

・Experience leading software development

Experience in domain-driven design

・Experience designing the architecture of systems where multiple services interact

・Experience building and operating infrastructure on public clouds (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure)

・Experience in front-end development (including development in a BFF architecture)

Experience monitoring and optimizing performance

・Experience developing large-scale applications composed of multiple components, such as microservices
