BD Associate/Manager – HNWIs/Private Wealth – Tier-1 Global Crypto Exchange (Remote / Global)

Our client is a tier-one global cryptocurrency exchange known for industry-leading liquidity, deep digital asset offerings, and high-volume trading infrastructure powering tens of millions of users worldwide.

To drive the next phase of their private wealth expansion, they are hiring an ambitious Business Development Associate/Manager to lead client acquisition and cultivate relationships across high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and professional traders globally.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲

• 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 & 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 2–7 years of relevant experience within wealth management, private banking, securities, brokerage, or crypto trading platforms.
• 𝗛𝗡𝗪𝗜 & 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: Strong existing client base and proven track record of acquiring and managing HNWIs, family offices, or high-volume trading accounts.
• 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲: Solid business network across priority markets (e.g., APAC, Middle East, Europe, or LATAM). 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 & 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗙𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆: Strong grasp of crypto trading, private wealth management, and brokerage incentive structures (rebates, competitive fee models).
• 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁: Ambitious, energetic candidate driven to acquire new capital, expand trading volume, and scale digital wealth footprints.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂

• 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 & 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Work remotely with a truly global, multi-region team across fast-growing markets.
• 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿: Own end-to-end client relationships with direct impact on platform liquidity, volume, and revenue.
• 𝗧𝗼𝗽-𝗧𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲: Institutional-grade backing, providing access to a comprehensive suite of private wealth and premium trading products.
• 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗨𝗽𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲: Competitive base and performance incentives tied directly to network growth and business expansion.
