BD Manager - Europa

At SteinCares, we act as a bridge between global pharmaceutical developments and healthcare needs in Latin America, and we are looking for our highly strategic and analytical BD Manager to actively originating and closing new licensing opportunities, not simply managing or maintaining an existing pipeline.

We believe in the growth of our talent during their #SteinJourney, encouraging the development of skills to meet the changing challenges of the sector and that's why you'll be a key player in our team owning the worldwide sourcing and negotiation of generic products for in-licensing: a portfolio today split between India-originated products and opportunities across Europe, Canada, and China.

Your impact will be on:

• Scouting, negotiation, contract revision and effective closing of generics in-licensing deals (both standard and highly complex)
• Building business cases, coordinating with internal analytics/support staff and with the commercial team for forecasting
• Rigorous, self-driven pipeline updates in reporting system without needing external follow-up
• Active prioritization of fast-to-market opportunities across different geographies, without neglecting higher-value opportunities elsewhere
• Direct, frequent reporting to the hiring manager, with early visibility on risks or delays

Education: Industrial engineering, administration or related field (master’s preferred)

Experience:

• Scouting, negotiation, contract revision and effective closing of generics in-licensing deals (both standard and highly complex)
• Building business cases, coordinating with internal analytics/support staff and with the commercial team for forecasting
• Direct, frequent reporting to the hiring manager, with early visibility on risks or delays

Knowledge/Capabilities:

Languages: English B1 required
