We are looking for someone who has built a global events program for a leading fitness + technology company who is looking to transition into Web3. You will partner closely with Brand, Creative and Digital teams to build world-class experiences. Skills and experience You’re expected to understand different technologies and architectures at a level needed for efficient business development. As a person, we believe you have: Like us, you're a high performer who's an expert at your craft, constantly challenging the status quo Strategic and out-of-the-box thinker with broad perspective and proven ability to execute Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, re-prioritizing projects, and communicating priority updates to stakeholders 3-6+ years' experience running business development at a Fitness/B2C/Tech company We value experience/knowledge in one or more of the following: Extensive experience in the ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close Define business development strategy, ability to take broad concepts to form action plans, and execute on them Establish and foster lasting relationships with customers, partners, and clients Driven by results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks Able to educate customers on the value of STEPN throughout the adoption cycle Identify customer needs and collaborate with STEPN teammates to ensure customer success Communicate and organize/raise issues appropriately including billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product We offer We offer a fully remote work environment, and growth opportunities working with industry-leading clients.
