Role Description The Business Development Manager (BDM) role is a full-time hybrid position based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home. The BDM will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations and proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure alignment with client needs. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, contributing to revenue forecasts, and providing feedback to improve service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
- Client relationship management and account management capabilities, with experience handling diverse stakeholders.
- Market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning skills to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in business terms.

- Proven experience in IT services, software solutions, or digital/technical agencies is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Noida, with strong self-management and time-management skills.
