You will support the management of CSC's U.S. benefits programs, including healthcare and retirement benefits, while partnering with brokers, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure programs are effectively administered, competitive, and aligned with business and employee needs. A key part of this role will be supporting annual U.S. benefits renewals, analyzing plan and market data, and helping develop recommendations and improvements. Throughout the year, you will also have opportunities to contribute to broader benefits initiatives and projects across CSC, including global benefits, time and absence, and Total Rewards. Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and understand business and employee needs related to benefits. Analyze benefits data, market trends, employee feedback, and other information to identify opportunities and develop actionable recommendations. Participate in benefits projects and initiatives of varying scope and duration, from short-term research projects to larger initiatives that may span a year or more. Research benefits practices, legislation, and market trends across the U.S. and other countries to support CSC's global benefits programs. Support broader team initiatives, which may include global benefits programs, time and absence, and Total Rewards. Assist with time and absence initiatives, including researching legislation and helping determine appropriate changes to CSC programs and practices. Support Total Rewards initiatives through analysis of the overall cost and value of employee benefits programs. Prepare findings, analysis, recommendations, and communications for internal stakeholders and leadership. Support the implementation and ongoing administration of benefits programs and initiatives. Monitor benefits-related regulatory and market developments to help ensure programs remain competitive and compliant. Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee and benefits-related information. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, with significant experience supporting U.S. benefits programs, including healthcare and retirement/401(k) programs. Exposure to global or multi-country benefits programs is a plus, but not required; willingness and ability to learn global benefits practices is important. Experience supporting or leading benefits renewals, plan reviews, benchmarking, or related benefits projects. Experience working with benefits brokers, consultants, advisors, and/or vendors. Experience analyzing benefits data and developing recommendations based on findings. Ability to understand and effectively communicate benefits terminology, concepts, and industry practices. Experience presenting information, analysis, or recommendations to internal stakeholders and/or leadership. Exposure to time and absence or broader Total Rewards programs is a plus. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with brokers, consultants, vendors, and internal partners. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with data and create pivot tables. Ability to learn new systems, processes, and benefits programs quickly. Working knowledge of HR processes and HRIS/HCM systems. Administer and manage U.S. benefits programs, as well as support global and multi-country benefit initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective benefit solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain competitive and compliant benefits offerings. Develop and deliver clear and engaging communications to employees regarding benefits programs and changes. Support the benefits team in resolving employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive employee experience. Assist in the development and maintenance of benefit administration systems and processes. Conduct regular benefit program audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance. Occasionally, provide support in time and absence management and total rewards initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits strategy, analysis, and administration, with a focus on U.S. benefits. Demonstrated expertise in global and multi-country benefit programs is essential.
