SHOPFLIX, being an e-commerce marketplace, generates an immense number of data points and thus creates a challenging but major opportunity to build and capitalise on data value. BI department sits at the heart of the company, strategically supporting and optimising every aspect, function and department of the company, delivering a continuously growing value.

Its mission is to offer all functionalities that can be achieved: data analysis for consulting, reporting and insights, automations and optimisations through algorithms running in multiple systems and finally ML and AI solutions addressing multiple needs.

Although scope is very wide (as are our minds), we are a quite small, agile team, so your role will be crucial in forming the department and the value it produces.

We’re specially looking for a BI Analyst that can handle, understand, interpret and transform a large amount of data. The role goes beyond reporting, with data engineering as part of the work and AI increasingly shaping how we analyze, build and automate.

🧩 What You Will Do

• Understand how the business runs and work with teams to help interpret data, KPIs and insights
• Build, maintain and evolve dashboards, reports and their data models in Power BI, Tableau and Metabase
• Answer business questions with ad-hoc analysis, trends and forecasts
• Contribute to data engineering, modeling and preparing data in our warehouse
• Keep metrics consistent and data trustworthy, tracing issues back to their source
• Participate in the creation of a big number of algorithms that automate and optimise a variety of needs
• Use AI tools and agents to work faster and automate recurring BI work
  
  

✅ What We Are Looking For

• BSc in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Strong SQL, experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase or similar) and exposure to data modeling or pipelines
• Daily use of AI tools and agents, with the judgment to verify what they produce
• A problem solver who takes a question all the way to a delivered answer
• Innovative and curious, always looking for a better way to do things
• Clear communicator and team player, adaptable across teams, tools and domains
  
  

🔧 Nice to Have

• MSc in Data Science, Analytics or a related field
• Python for analysis and automation
• Experience building an automation or agent workflow
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. Azure)
