The Digital Workplace team supports EBS Supply Chain by improving how teams use data, automation, AI and collaboration tools. The team partners with operations and technology stakeholders to turn improvement ideas into practical, scalable digital solutions that support continuous improvement and better ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation solutions using Power Automate, RPA and other tools.
  • Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with automation and intelligent solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize data flows and integrations across systems.
  • Contribute to defining technical approaches and best practices for automation and BI solutions. Support and improve existing solutions ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Share knowledge and support upskilling of team members in automation, BI and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Specialize in creating scripts using PowerShell.
  • Develop SharePoint Applications and Workflows using SharePoint capabilities, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Ensure business continuity solutions are implemented and assessed regularly.
  • Provide on-site and remote support to colleagues in terms of training and general Power BI or accommodate other business needs.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Explore and test AI and Copilot use cases that improve productivity, knowledge sharing and decision support.
  • Share learnings, reusable templates and best practices with colleagues and user communities.

Profile

  • Minimum 3 year of experience in data analysis or other similar role using Power BI.
  • Experience with SAP Hana, Alteryx, RPA is a big advantage.
  • Technical Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or electronics is an advantage.
  • Certification in ITIL and Microsoft and other relevant topics are preferred.
  • Proven experience with M365 technologies, including SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI and Excel.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and SharePoint development.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining Power Apps and Power BI Reports.
  • Proven team player with good communication skills and experience in stakeholders management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Curious, proactive, collaborative and willing to experiment with new solutions.

Offered Salary

We offer salary from 3046 Eur to 4569 Eur/month gross. Final offer depends on candidate's competences.
