BI Developer (Tableau)

We are looking for a BI Developer (Tableau) to join our data & analytics team and help turn business data into clear, actionable reporting solutions. You will work across the visualization and data layers, combining Tableau development with SQL and Snowflake to deliver trusted insights to business users.

What you’ll do

• Build and evolve Tableau dashboards that support day-to-day business decisions.
• Translate business questions into intuitive visualizations, meaningful KPIs and reporting solutions.
• Explore and analyze data in Snowflake, using SQL to understand business logic and identify data issues.
• Work with dbt models and contribute to improvements in the underlying analytics layer.
• Partner with business users during requirement discussions, demos and UAT to refine solutions.
• Investigate unexpected results and ensure reporting outputs are accurate and consistent.
• Improve existing reporting solutions as business needs evolve.
• Keep your work well documented and maintained in line with team development standards.

What you bring

• Experience in BI, data analytics, reporting or a similar role; relevant internship or working-student experience is welcome.
• Solid hands-on experience with Tableau and confidence building dashboards independently.
• Good SQL skills and experience working with a cloud data warehouse, preferably Snowflake.
• Familiarity with dbt and Git-based development workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset and an eye for detail, especially when working with business-critical KPIs.
• Ability to communicate with both technical colleagues and business stakeholders.
• Good command of English (B2+).

Nice to have

• Background in manufacturing, Quality or operational reporting.
• Experience with modernizing or replacing existing BI/reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and tools such as JIRA or Monday.
• Exposure to data-quality validation or automated testing.
